Almost one month ago our company organized one special event for a very nice family. Matt called us with 3 days before his marriage anniversary and explained how happy he was for remembering it in time, in order to plan something nice for his wife, Sarah. He was excited about his request and wanted to come over to discuss, right away. I showed him into my office. Sarah was always the one preparing surprises for him, but this time Matt wanted to switch roles and overwhelm his wife.
I put down some notes to remember all my client’s requests. In the end, I realized that he almost wanted it all: limo pick up in front of their house, flowers and a present for Sarah waiting on the back seat of the limo, a romantic dinner in one of the fanciest restaurants with an orchestra playing, and then a night city tour including the place where they’ve first met, 10 years ago.
Three days is not “in time” at all, even if Matt thought so, and I had to cook up a plan real quick, not to disappoint my client. First, I called all the limo companies we’ve been working with, for reservation and rates. Matt wanted a stretch limo and I managed to find a pretty affordable Chrysler 300 limousine. This one was important since we stress on safety and comfort for our clients. The same day I could even get in touch with the chauffeur designated for our event. I was so pleased to have such an experienced chauffeur for Matt’s anniversary. I knew him personally, as our company successfully collaborated with him on many previous occasions.
Pretty content to have solved planning more than 50% of an event that seemed rather impossible to work out in time, I started to short list the restaurant where the two could have a nice dinner accompanied by a nice orchestra. I came with a few and Matt decided on a very special one, recently opened, and never visited by them before.

The smell of Sarah’s favorite flowers embraced the whole interior of the limo and she looked very happy and surprised to be welcomed this way in what she called a “dream limo”. Matt was not wrong at all choosing the restaurant, as later he told us the food was great and the orchestra incredible.
Although we’ve helped Matt to surprise his wife, she was the one to leave him speechless, once again. While holding hands and having a walk around the place they first met, Sarah told him the big news: they were going to be parents, at last.
Special events deserve special treatment and we are glad we’ve created such unique moments for Matt and Sarah. They were delighted to work with us and completely satisfied with our services. The limo experience spiced up their night and made it one to remember forever.
